Escape with us to paradise and join us for an unforgettable yoga retreat in Playa Grande, Costa Rica from March1-8, 2025. With only 12 spots available, this intimate experience is designed to rejuvenate your mind, nourish your body, and awaken your spirit. Come as solo and we can pair you up, or bring your besties and make this a trip to remember!

Your retreat package includes:

- 7 nights stay in a luxury villa with breathtaking views of the mountains and ocean, complete with an infinity pool and just a 5-minute drive to the beach.

- Transportation to and from Liberia International airport for a hassle-free arrival and departure. (if arriving with the group – Flight will be posted by host 6 months in advance of the retreat and if you can be at the Liberia airport within 2 hours of that scheduled flight you will be eligible for the transfer otherwise, I can organize and book one for you to be paid at your own cost)

- Daily brunch and dinner featuring delicious homemade meals including indulging at local restaurants to experience authentic Costa Rican cuisine.

- Twice daily yoga and meditation sessions led by experienced instructors geared to all levels

- Create memories and forge connections that will last a lifetime with like-minded individuals.

 Not included:

- Optional surfing lessons to ride the waves and planned excursions to waterfalls and nature reserves for a deeper connection with Costa Rica's natural beauty. Many other excursions to chose from to make this trip as adventurous as you wish including, ziplining, waterfall and hot springs, horseback riding, ATV tours, sky diving etc.

 Cancellation policy: All my retreats are non-refundable.  When you book a spot, I start to direct those funds to pay the vendors.  If you need to cancel for any reason, I will try to fill your spot and if I can, I’ll refund all your payments made minus a $200 administration fee.  Alternatively, you can seek 3rd party cancellation insurance in the event of emergency.

Payment details:  Deposit of $500 confirms your spot on the retreat and final payment is due by December 1, 2024. Monthly payment plans are available upon request.  Payments are made via E-transfer, if using credit card approx. 3.5% surcharge will be added, which covers the processing fee charged by the credit card company.
